NDIS providers face unique challenges in ensuring health and safety for staff, and clients and participants.  These challenges come from various sources, including the clients or participants, their families, the makeup of the workforce, the regulatory landscape, and because of the nature of the work itself. This session will provide practical strategies to address these challenges. This session covers:

    • consequences of non-compliance
  • Addressing sector specific issues:

Anthony has been practising for 22 years in workplace relations, discrimination and safety matters, and has been with Russell Kennedy for 23 years, working with a broad range of disability and community service providers, particularly in the context of home care.  He has been recognised since 2014 by Best Lawyers for expertise in Occupational Health and Safety Law.  He has contributed to articles in The Age, the Sydney Morning Herald, the Courier Mail, SmartCompany, the Law Institute of Victoria Journal and the Victorian Women Lawyers Journal.
