Allison has over 30 years' experience as a lawyer and in business. With a broad commercial legal practice, Allison advises clients on complex contract negotiations, niche contract drafting, cyber security compliance, privacy and cross-border transactions. Having attained a PhD in electronic evidence, Allison maintains a niche expertise in all things digital including AI applications and crypto assets.

 In her day-to-day practice, Allison's clientele includes SaaS vendors, software and app providers where she provides practical guidance on current terms and conditions, privacy policies and regulatory compliance. Previously, Allison worked in mid and top tier law firms and worked as a court registrar before setting up e.law, a specialist e.evidence company, which ran Australia’s first e.hearing and won an award for innovation.

 Allison speaks regularly on contract law, privacy and cyber compliance.
