  • A comparison of how superannuation withdrawals are taxed:
    • pre death
    • post death
  • Tips and strategies to assist with minimizing the impact tax can have on the withdrawals
  • Can power of attorneys make withdrawals to avoid non-dependent death benefit tax applying, and if so, why timing would be so important?
  • Using a re-contribution strategy:
    • How the rules apply for withdrawing and putting back in
    • Is the strategy immune from Part IVA ITAA 1936 applying?
