Josh Philo joined Estate First Lawyers in 2011 and is a senior associate. Josh values being able to effectively communicate complex legal issues to his clients to meet his client’s objectives whilst balancing competing financial and emotional issues. Josh has a ‘no fuss’ approach to providing advice and these skills ensure that his clients receive a practical, easy to understand and, most importantly, a valuable solution to their legal matter.
Josh has been practicing in estate planning law since his admission, and also has experience in commercial and property law. He has practiced exclusively in estate planning law and estate administration law since joining Estate First Lawyers.
Josh holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Masters of Laws. Josh also has many years’ experience in presenting to and educating clients and Advisors, through face to face inhouse training sessions, large client presentations, and webinars. Josh’s training is practical and relevant, often using case studies so his audience can easily digest information in what is a complex area of law.
