CPD for Lawyers

Celebrating 50 years in the legal CPD industry, TEN is Australia's leading provider of CPD for Lawyers.

Unless exempt, lawyers must complete at least 10 Continuing Professional Development (CPD) units each CPD year (1 April – 31 March). Requirements for CPD must be met in order to maintain a practicing certificate.  Whilst there are some slight variations between states, most lawyers must complete at least 1 CPD unit in the following four areas:

  1. Ethics and Professional Responsibility
  2. Professional Skills
  3. Substantive Law
  4. Practice Management and Business Skills

TEN has a range of products designed to meet the needs of CPD for lawyers.
